Tokyoza Return & Refund Policy

At Tokyoza, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

Return Window
  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Example: If your order was delivered on July 1st, you may return it until July 8th.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items marked as “no longer needed” or “change of mind.”

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging with all seals, tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by any included manuals or warranty cards

All returned items undergo a quality check. If the product is found to be in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to send it back without refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Once your returned item passes our quality check, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Store Credit: 1–2 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–12 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card Reversal: 1–3 business days

Rejected Return Requests

If your return does not meet our policy criteria, we will notify you with the reason for rejection. The product will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.
